　　Please refer to this common agreement before using it.
　　These rules are subject to change without notice.

　　Read and agree with ALL these rules before using these MikuMikuDance Model Data.
　　If you don't agree with these rules,or if you don't understand any part of these
　　rules,you are NOT allowed to use these Data.
　　You use these data in own risk. I don't bear responsible for any failure when you use.
　　These data may not be used for any works which contain negative content toward
　　the original product, individual, &/or group.
　　I have the copyright of my data as the derivative works.
　　I NEVER renounce the copyright of the derivative works.
　　I NEVER allow anyone to redistribute.
　　Distribution other than my upload are illegal. Don't download from there.

　　5.No pornographic work (a.k.a.Porn, R-18, X-Rated, R-Rated, 18+, etc)
　　6.Do not upload works that contain elements of YAOI/YURI to a place where they

          can be shared with others. (Please enjoy it privately)
　　7. Use of insulting expressions toward other people,

           other groups, or other countries.
　　8.Use for excessively Political, Religion, Vulgarity and Obscenity.
　　9.Redistributing, Re-uploading, Trading, and Sending my models.
　　10. 3D printing from these data.
　　11.MMD model data of KanColle/Kantai Collection, Kamen Rider ,Ultraman
　　 　cannot be used in VRChat.

　　当記事は、碧彩おもち式MMDモデルの共通オンライン利用規約です。
　　本規約はモデルデータに同梱の規約より優先して適用されます。
　　規約内容は予告なしに変更される場合がありますので、
　　ご利用の際はこちらのオンライン規約の方を参照して下さい。

　　当記事は利用規約の転載・無断翻訳を禁じます。

　　※各モデルの使用上の注意などは同梱のテキストファイルをご覧ください。
　　
　　英語版の最低限オンライン利用規約　


【免責事項】
　・本データは自己責任でご使用ください。
　・データを使用して起きたトラブル、不具合等に関して
　　当方は一切の責任を負いません
　

【禁止事項（NGなこと）】
　・原作者、公式関係者に迷惑の掛かるような使用法
　・当モデルデータの自作発言
　・本モデルデータは、いかなるフォーマット（デジタル・印刷物）でも、
　　利益を得る為に利用する事は禁止です。
　・政治利用、宗教思想などを広めることなどを目的とした使用
　・個人や法人、他国への誹謗中傷を目的とした使用
　・エロ，グロテスク，R-18，暴力，これらを目的とした作品への利用※1.
　・極端に下品な作品への使用（尊師MMDでの使用は特に禁止です）
　・同性愛表現については動画・静止画共に共有サイトへのアップロード禁止
　・胸やお尻ばかり映すカメラワーク
　・改造の有無に関わらず、モデルデータの再配布や譲渡※2.
　・布面積の少ない服や全裸もしくは全裸のように見える服装への改造※3.
　・リッピングモデル※4.や利用規約を違反している、
　　またはその恐れのあるモデルとの併用
　・当モデルをバラバラに分解し、他キャラクターへ改変するための
　　素材として使用する行為
　・当モデルの首から下を他キャラクターへ移植する行為
　・3Dプリンターでの立体化出力
　・ニコニコ立体へのアップロード
　・VRchatでの使用（艦隊これくしょん，仮面ライダー，ウルトラマンモデル）

　・NFTへの関与および使用（利益を得る行為に該当するため）

　※1.原作によっては原作程度の暴言、ケガ、流血、暴力表現は許可している
　　 場合もあります。
　※2.共同制作でのデータのやり取りは禁止ではありません。
　※3.小さすぎるビキニや紐水着、下着姿はNG
　　　普通の水着やパーティー用ドレスへの改造ならならOKです。
　※4.「model ripper」と書かれている「ぶっこ抜きモデルデータ」と呼ばれるもの。
　　　わからなかったら「ＭＭＤ リッピング」で検索してね。


【改造・改変、再配布について】
　・色、大きさ、テクスチャ、スフィアの変更など、
　　上記の禁止事項にあたらない範囲のものは可※1.※2.
　・当モデルを衣装だけのモデルや自作衣装へ着せ替えることは可です。
　　着せ替える場合は元の体型と違和感の無い範囲で合わせて下さい。
　・再配布可能モデルを配布する場合は改造後、
　　改造元モデルに同梱されていたreadmeを添えて配布してください。
　
　※1.再配布可能なモデル以外の改造したモデルデータは配布禁止です。
　　　個人での利用に留めてください。
　※2.ジョジョモデルのシーザーのバンダナをジョセフに移植することは原作的に可です。


【使用上のご注意】
　・表情モーフを組み合わせすぎると破綻することがあります。モーションが意図的に
　　作られたものでない限り破綻個所を修正して使用してください。
　・必要ボーンのない状態でのモーションの読み込み及び、
　　動画の作成はお控えください。
　・モーションによっては手が体にめり込む場合もあります。
　　出来る限り直してご使用下さい。


【クレジット】
　・動画内、Twitter内クレジットに関しては
　　碧彩式、碧彩おもち式、aomoti式のどれでもいいです。
　・必須ではありませんが動画へのクレジット記載、ニコ動のコンテンツツリー登録を
　　して頂けると嬉しいです。
